Responsible for leading a team of sales and service professionals to meet and exceed sales goals, customer satisfaction targets, and operational excellence metrics. 3. Plan and direct the sales and service activities of the branch using EXCEED principles and concepts.
4. Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and motivate a top performing team.
5. Promote and ensure that all branch staff is current within all relative EXCEED sales training modules.
6. Ensure branch and team compliance with all bank policies and procedures.
7. Maintain operational soundness of the branch.
8. Perform teller and customer sales representative duties when necessary.
