Job Description:

Mollen Immunization Clinics is seeking full time and part time Registered Nurses RN, Nurse Practitioners NP or Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses LPN/LVN for seasonal immunization and health screening clinics throughout the area. Our clinics run 7 days a week from September through November or early December. We have morning, mid-day, afternoon and all day clinic shifts available. We will be operating some retail clinic locations across the country every day of the week. Retirees and New Graduates are welcome!

Base Pay:

$22/hr RN

$20/hr LPN/LVN

Job Requirements

Experience performing finger sticks is a plus

Basic knowledge of common health screening equipment is a plus





Physical Environment


Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties

Assisting with completion of patient consent forms required

Setting up a table / small stand and signage kit is required

The Case Manager facilitates clinically appropriate and fiscally responsible patient care through communication with the treating physician and all other members of the healthcare team, while incorporating Utilization Review/Discharge Planning interventions and working in close cooperation with hospital management. Job Responsibilities for the Phlebotomists / Donor Techs:

Interacts with prospective blood donors and other visitors to the Blood Center.
Performs procedures associated with the collection of blood or blood components from various donor categories.
Administers post venipuncture care to donors ranging from serving refreshments to caring for donors who may have any type of reaction relating to the blood donation process.
Prepares for Center activities or blood drives.
Follows all policies and procedures issued by the Blood Center, regulatory agencies (i.e. FDA), governmental agencies (i.e. OSHA), and accrediting agencies (i.e. AABB) and complies with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Participates in various meetings, such as in-services training, continuing education programs, staff meetings and safety meetings.
Maintains, organizes and cleans functional work areas, equipment and vehicles.
May drive a Company vehicle as necessary & recruit and telerecruit donors.
May perform quality control procedures to determine acceptability of Hemacue, donor trip scale and donor spring scale.
May enter and retrieve donor information into computer system, as required.
May assume responsibility of supervising other persons as assigned or may assist designated leader to assure the mobile or site operations run smoothly and that all reports and forms are completed and accurate.
Maintain confidentiality of donor information at all times
Flexible schedule: must be able to work in excess of 8 hours a day, weekends, & holidays as needed.

This position is for a licensed Physical Therapist.
